The second ThunderCats game was released for the Commodore 64, and received mixed reviews. There’s nothing painful about it, but there’s a reason why it hasn't held up as a classic. Based on the reviews and gameplay, it is a standard Atari game. There were ThunderCats tie-in games released for the original series. Sadly, as anyone who knows the history of licensed video games is well aware, that is not always the case. One would think that those two things put together would be equally awesome.

While there are rumors of a live-action movie in the works, it appears to be lingering in development hell so fans haven't gotten much in the way of new ThunderCats material since the short-lived reboot in 2011.Īll that being said, there are still plenty of questions regarding this beloved series. So I had to put my thoughts with the voices for the characters, since it's an anime again after TWO incarnations like Force and Third Dimension.From there, it captured a whole new generation of viewers going on to spawn video games, comic books, and a reboot in 2011. Netflix brings most of their original shows to Japan since its arrival in Fall 2015, but they don't hire seiyuus that were in many anime like Fairy Tail, Naruto, RWBY, etc. (Yep, another DreamWorks princess next to Fiona) With five lions united, they form Voltron to kick butt against the Galra. (Which in reality, SPOILER ALERT, she's Pidge's younger sister posing as his brother, who's missing), also led by Princess Allura and her assitant Coran.

Voltron Legendary Defender is a reboot of both the 80's classic Voltron series, as well as the anime series Beast King GoLion.
